Required documents typically include: a completed application form, a passport (valid at least 3 months beyond your stay), passport photos, your travel itinerary, flight and hotel reservations, travel insurance, proof of accommodation, proof of financial means, and a cover letter explaining the purpose of your trip. Our Standard and All-in-One packages include assistance with all of these documents.

No - for Schengen visas filed from Thailand there is no formal interview. You simply attend your appointment at the TLScontact Visa Centre in Bangkok to submit your documents and biometrics. We prepare you for this appointment: what to expect and which documents to bring, and we hand over a print-ready file on the day. We also provide a motivation letter template and review your application to make sure everything is in order.

Yes - both our Standard and All-in-One packages include free translations of up to 3 documents. If you need more documents translated, we can arrange it for an additional fee. Our translations are done by professionals and meet the requirements of the French Embassy.

We accept payment by bank transfer. Once you choose your package, we provide our bank details. You can either pay the full amount in advance, or pay 50% to open your file and the remaining 50% when we deliver your print-ready documents. We do not accept cash payments.

Unfortunately no - the final decision is made by the French Embassy and cannot be influenced. We do everything possible to ensure your application is complete and accurate. In case of rejection, we review the reasons with you and advise on reapplying.
